My work is dedicated to the Tensegrity of Life—the elegant, structural balance of physical and emotional tension that keeps us upright. I view Kendo as the ultimate somatic mirror for entrepreneurship: a fast-paced arena where we must quiet the hyper-vigilant mind, relax the shoulders, and trust our foundation.

Hosted inside the botanical, twilight sanctuary of Blooms & Twine in Seattle, WA. We step completely out of the transactional noise and into a slow, sensory-rich environment surrounded by wild florals, rustic wood, and steaming kettles.
To preserve absolute safety, confidentiality, and intimate conversational tension, the table is strictly capped at a single physical circle per session.

Our Container
An intimate, highly structured 90-minute somatic and strategic integration container designed to keep your nervous system grounded. Where we spill the TEA.
The Custom Flight: We begin each session by pouring a surprise, custom-curated flight of three exquisite teas hand-selected directly from Dr. Soto's personal collection.
Structured Rounds: We use a strict 4-minute timer per speaker across two curated rounds, allowing you to process heavy operational and personal truths completely uninterrupted.
The Variable Settings: You control how the table meets you. Use our physical menu card to explicitly select how your peers respond—whether you want a silent, pure witness or collaborative, strategic dissection.
